You only need to share plans in PDF or DWG format (floor plans, elevations, and sections of what you want to show), or a 3D model if you have one. You can also include references, desired materials, style, colors, or inspiration images. The more information you provide, the better the result will be.
You can send us references or share them during the video call we’ll have before starting the project.
Yes. If you don’t have detailed plans, we can work with sketches, drafts, or ideas. In that case, the project may require a prior 3D modeling stage (at an additional cost).
It depends on the level of detail, the project’s square meters, and the number of images requested. In general, a render takes between 7 to 14 business days.
The price varies depending on the type of render (interior, exterior, 360°, virtual tour), the project’s size, number of images, and overall complexity. Request a personalized quote with no obligation.
Once the final renders are delivered, changes can only be made if the client has selected a package that includes post-delivery support, as not all packages offer this. The number of revisions depends on the chosen package. Our Terms and Conditions clearly outline what can and cannot be modified.

A 30% deposit of the total project cost is required to begin. We accept bank transfers and Mercado Pago.
